- Certain ItzAnApp products, applications, and brands may have separate privacy policies because of the specific functionality or information involved.

When a product-specific Privacy Policy is provided, that policy governs the collection and use of information within that product or service.

2. ITZANAPP PRODUCTS AND BRANDS

ItzAnApp LLC develops, owns, operates, or supports various software products, websites, applications, brands, and digital services.

These may include products such as WiseMove and LabelNext Studio™, as well as other products or services developed or operated by ItzAnApp LLC.

References to a product or brand do not necessarily mean that it is a separate legal entity. Unless otherwise stated, these products and brands are owned or operated by ItzAnApp LLC.

Some products may collect information that is unique to their functionality. Those practices may be addressed in a separate product-specific Privacy Policy.

Unsubscribing from promotional communications does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional, service, account, security, or administrative communications.

This continues the service-provider approach already used in your existing WiseMove policy, which limits third-party access to performing assigned services. 

8. WE DO NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION

ItzAnApp LLC does not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

We do not sell personal information provided to us for third-party advertising or independent data-mining purposes.

We may use aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information for legitimate business purposes, including analyzing product usage, improving services, evaluating performance, and planning future products or features, provided that such information does not reasonably identify an individual.

This is consistent with the existing ItzAnApp/WiseMove policy, which states that personal information is not sold or rented to third parties. 

9. PRODUCT DATA AND DATA SEPARATION

Different ItzAnApp products may collect different types of information based on their functionality.

Information stored within one ItzAnApp product is not automatically made available through another ItzAnApp product merely because both products are owned or operated by ItzAnApp LLC.

Where products integrate with one another, information may be exchanged as necessary to provide functionality requested or authorized by the user, subject to the applicable product privacy policies.

Sensitive or product-specific user content will not be shared with unrelated ItzAnApp products for marketing purposes merely because those products share common ownership.

This builds on an important principle already contained in your WiseMove policy: data from WiseMove is not automatically shared across affiliated services unless expressly authorized. 

10. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

ItzAnApp websites and products may contain links to third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services.

ItzAnApp LLC does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.

When you access a third-party website or service, the third party's own privacy policy and terms may govern your interaction with that service.

We encourage users to review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing personal information.

11. PAYMENT INFORMATION

When an ItzAnApp product or service requires payment, transactions may be processed through third-party payment processors.

ItzAnApp LLC may receive information about the transaction, such as transaction status, amount, product purchased, subscription status, or limited billing information necessary to maintain customer records.

Payment-card information may be collected and processed directly by the applicable payment processor rather than stored directly by ItzAnApp LLC.

The payment processor's privacy policy and terms may also apply.

ItzAnApp LLC uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system, or security procedure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own passwords, login credentials, and other account-access information.

Your existing policy uses this same general standard, recognizing both the use of reasonable security measures and the inherent limitations of electronic systems. 

14. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

ItzAnApp LLC's general business websites and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to an ItzAnApp-operated service, please contact us.

This section is especially useful for your structure because it allows for the possibility that an individual ItzAnApp product or its assets could someday be sold or transferred without requiring the product to be a separate legal entity today.

ItzAnApp LLC is based in the United States.

If you access an ItzAnApp website, product, or service from outside the United States, information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Product-specific privacy policies may provide additional information where applicable.
